We don`t get weather like this very often - not even in January - so it has been a day for enjoying the glamour.
There is a bit of blue sky now and it is thawing; we could go to work but we are full of onion soup and feeling Sunday-afternoon-ish.

You had more snow than we did. Your photos look just like a Christmas card! Makes me want to hunt out the hot chocolate and marshmallows to toast by the fire! Stay safe and warm!
And by this morning it had gone again. But it does make a pretty picture.
We are thinking of you, Sian, as the gales sweep in - get those chickens tied down and make sure your chocolate supplies are bountiful!
Battening hatches (again) as I type! I love your daily photos of the sea. It's great to feel connected to other sea shore communities! And your seascape is so similar yet so different to my own!
The pics are WONDERFUL!! Sorry I didn't see them before - I lost your blog but David has retrieved it for me! Weather here absolutely freezing, but deeply boring.
Love
Sue
