These oystercatchers are in step on the sand looking for food. The Dandelion may be a weed in gardens but it really is a very handsome flower.
No surf today, the sea has gone very quiet, so one more picture from the other day.

quite agree about dandies - they are lovely.
so many weeds are - if only they didn't infest every bed.....
even liverwort has fascinating 'flowers' - but what a pest it is...!!
Liverwort is a pest in pots but not that common in the wild.
