The north sea was a little full this morning.

After the rain yesterday I have blue skies and sunshine this morning.
The sea was roaring in and being very lively and crashing into the sea defences.
As you can see there is no beach this morning so I had to walk along the promenade.

High tide in the sun.

At last I can get on the beach ........ well a tiny bit of it.

As you can see the sea was being rather lively. The sun was great but it was very cold so I did not stay long.

High water at Mundesley

Not a lot of beach this morning so I tried to catch the waves as they hit the sea wall.
The sea was quite calm so the resulting 'splosh' was not that big but that is a lot of water becoming airborne.

Anyone for a swim.....

..... in the waves this morning?

I got down to the beach around 8 o'clock today, before the holidaymakers, so I had the beach to myself.

The sea was looking very clear, no sand or seaweed, almost inviting, but I am not a swimmer in the sea these days.
