The beach has gone red; the seaweed is coming ashore at the end of its growing season. Although it`s half way through October the weather is very mild, almost summery, but this red beach is a sure sign that winter is on the way. I can`t remember the seaweed`s name but it is really a pretty little thing, except when it`s in big lumps. I doubt it has a common name, just something long in Latin.
